held at Fort Augustus Memorial Hall on 31st May 2023

1. Previous Minutes

There was limited attendance at the 2022 AGM due to Covid.

2. Chair Person’s Annual Report

DM presented the annual report (attached). There were no matters arising.

3. Accounts

MA presented the annual accounts (attached).

4. Office Bearers

In line with the standing orders, the office bearers stood down from office. Nominations were proposed and the following office bearers elected.

Chair - Deirdre MacKinnon (Proposed by CP, Seconded by MA)

Vice-chair - Iain MacKnocher (Proposed by DM, Seconded by MA)

Treasurer – Mike Anderson (Proposed by DM, Seconded by JD)

Secretary - Helen Clay (Proposed by CP, Seconded by DM)

Hilary Wilson resigned from the Council due to other community commitments.

The AGM closed at 7.30 pm

Provisional date for the next AGM - Wednesday 29th May 2024 at 7.00pm
